Oct. 13
Last day to register to vote for the November 2026 General Election.
OCT. 14
Advance by-mail ballots begin mailing for the November 3, 2026 General Election.
OCT. 17
Advance in-person voting begins in Johnson County.
OCT. 27
Last day to request a mail ballot. Mail ballots can be returned to any polling location or any secure ballot drop box.
NOV. 3
General Election Day!
This general election determines the winning candidates for all races in 2026.
A nonpartisan constitutional amendment question is slated for consideration. This amendment would clarify that only a person who is a citizen of the United States is eligible to vote in this state.
